The joy of running
After not being able to swim bike run for 1 week, just running for a short 30mins bring so much joy! :)
Thank God just for the ability to run...

It's time to get serious
The last 2 races was a surprise for me, with all the injury and stuff, somehow I podium-ed both race.

It's time to get serious, the song "Dare You to Move" by Switchfoot speaks to me a lot right now.

There's one part of the lyrics which goes "The tension is here, between who you are and who you could be". I'm feeling the tension right now.

IM Korea
Had a bad Ironman race. 11:45 (1h10min swim, 6:15bike and 4:10run). Thought I would go 10:30-10:45, but sh*t happens during race!

Just to summarise; Lost swim goggles twice, lost contact lens on my left eye, ankle injury which affect the bike and run! After the race end my ankle was swollen. Many times during the run the pain was so unbearable that I almost quit, but somehow I still manage to finish!

Well, it's done and dusted. Just have to get over it and do another IM soon and get that 10:30 timing. Or even break 10hours!

Breakthrough Race
Finally, I broke 5hour barrier in Half Ironman at yesterday Singapore 70.3 race.

4h49mins. Really happy, another step towards the goal.
